Please read these terms and conditions carefully – if you have signed our order confirmation you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and thereby have entered, into a legally binding contract.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time which will take effect from the date when the changes are posted on our website. Please remember that throughout these terms and conditions when we mention “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Transitfast Vehicle Solutions Ltd
When we refer to “you” we mean the customer and/or the company purchasing a vehicle.

Whilst we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on our website including pricing, images, and vehicle data, we give no warranty and make no representation regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content. Consequently, we accept no liability for any losses or damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or otherwise) arising out of errors or omissions contained on our website.

Pricing
Should you not meet the financial or operational criteria, then Transitfast may have to offer you alternative options, these prices may vary from the one advertised.
Prices shown on the website exclude VAT, except the Rent-to-buy vehicles.
Unless stated to the contrary, the prices include UK mainland-driven delivery. We reserve the right to pass on costs imposed on us if we must redeliver to another address that is not already on the account. However, we will advise you if there is an additional delivery charge prior to you completing the finance documentation.
Delivery on a trailer may be available at extra cost.
Prices on the Transitfast website are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by Transitfast which is capable of acceptance by you.
Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur, and goods may be miss-priced or misrepresented. E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted).
Quotations
Transitfast Vehicle Solutions Ltd. will provide a quotation for you based on your requirements and will not be held liable for any extras, options or otherwise, you fail to adequately describe to us. E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted).
Orders
By signing and returning the Order Confirmation you are accepting these terms and conditions and agreeing to order your vehicle in accordance with these terms and conditions.
An order does not create a contract between you and Transitfast. For there to be a contract, Transitfast must locate you a vehicle with your desired specification at a price acceptable to both you and Transitfast. You must enter into a financial agreement with a finance company, there is no contract to hire a vehicle until the finance agreement is signed by you and the financial agreement has become operational.
Following our acceptance by you of a quotation by us, you will be required to complete a financial application form.
Transitfast accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions regarding vehicle model or specification, including any optional extras, if you have accepted the order and these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check the vehicle you are ordering is to your requirements.
Financial applications
By providing your business and/or personal information to us, you authorise us to disclose this information and any other information we hold about you to one or more lenders for, the purpose of considering your finance application. You are also accepting the terms and conditions of the funder/lender.
You may be required to provide supporting information and/or income and expenditure details to ensure affordability and ability to repay the desired finance agreement.
We rely on you to provide accurate information and relevant documentation.
If you are applying on behalf of a Limited Company, you are confirming you have the authority for a credit search to be carried out in the name of the Company and its Directors.
The finance company will use the information provided to carry out searches with Credit Reference Agencies. A record of this search will be kept and may be used by other lenders in assessing future applications from you or your business. The finance company will make checks with various fraud prevention agencies to detect and prevent fraud.
You will provide any information required by the lender as a condition of their consideration of your finance application. Refusal to do so will result in your finance application being declined.
Transitfast cannot accept any responsibility for any losses incurred by you arising out of the contract between you and the finance company and purported arrangements relating to the supply of any vehicle sale to the extent that such loss is caused by our negligent act or omission.
Deposit
A minimum holding deposit of one thousand pounds (£500) is required with every order to show the customer’s commitment to purchase/lease/contract hire a vehicle. Such a deposit, if it is accepted, will become a holding deposit and represent confirmation by the customer of the vehicle order and acceptance of all terms and conditions.
For specialised or custom order vehicles Transitfast may request a larger holding deposit.
If the customer fails to take delivery and/or pay the balance of the price without lawful reason by the agreed date, Transitfast will be entitled to treat the agreement as canceled by the customer and offer the vehicle for resale.
Transitfast may claim from the customer any reasonable losses suffered which may include but are not limited to stocking charges, dealer-fitted options to the vehicle, and any reduction in the value of the vehicle.
Transitfast will be entitled to use the deposit and any prepayment to reduce its reasonable losses. Any excess will be returned to the customer and the customer will pay any shortfall.
Delivery and Documentation
All documentation required by the finance company must be completed by you and returned to us prior to the delivery of your vehicle being arranged.
If documentation is incorrectly completed and/or all supporting documents required by the finance company have not been viewed by us, delivery will also not be arranged.
Any outstanding monies owed to Transitfast must be paid and cleared by you before delivery will be arranged.
Estimated delivery dates are our best estimate and are based on information provided to us by the manufacturer/supplier of the vehicle. Please acknowledge that this estimate could be subject to change.
Whilst we endeavor to meet any estimated timescale quoted, we will not be liable for any compensation arising out of a delay to your vehicles due to factors out of our control.
The statutory cooling-off period* observed by finance companies applies to all vehicles and as such, vehicles will not be delivered until the cooling-off period has expired. (*Where applicable – Regulated Consumer Agreements Only)
We may require proof of insurance subject to finance company rules.
You must be a named driver/business or main policy holder on the insurance certificate.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your vehicle order prior to delivery you must do so in writing. Such cancellation may result in the loss of any monies paid to Transitfast subject to our discretion unless you exercise your rights afforded to you under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, the Consumer Protection (Distance Sales) Regulations 2002, or the Financial Services (Distance Selling) Regulations 2004. Distance selling rights do not extend to a business customer.
Any additional costs incurred by us due to a cancellation by you will be passed on to you. We will provide evidence of such costs upon request.

Transitfast Commission Disclosure
Financial Conduct Authority
The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to the customer that a commission may be payable by the owner or creditor to the intermediary, and, if the customer asks, the amount of that commission. The Financial Conduct Authority has made it clear that “commission” means any financial consideration.

About Transitfast’s Services
1. Whose products do we offer?
Transitfast offers products and services from a range of Leasing Companies, UK Vehicle Dealerships and Product Providers with whom we have commercial agreements in place. We are a Commission Based Organisation which means that we receive payments for business introductions. We will receive financial remuneration which may be variable or pre-set dependent on the product and the volume that we place with that organisation. The amounts that we receive may vary.

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We have provided you with product information enabling you to make your choice about how to proceed.
